The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Demetrio Crema made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Tabacco in the 3rd minute of play. COLLEGNO F.C.'s Demetrio Crema played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Di Martino in the 5th minute of play. After 6 minutes, Edmondo Monzeglio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montesacro FC and the COLLEGNO F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Montesacro FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Edmondo Monzeglio hit a great ball. Dennis Pellegrini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anselmo Robbiati took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demetrio Crema. Demetrio Crema dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Tabacco in the 16th minute of play forced COLLEGNO F.C.'s goalkeeper Demetrio Crema to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demetrio Crema made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Anselmo Robbiati sent off a good shot on target. Demetrio Crema didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniele Tabacco went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Alessio Conti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Demetrio Crema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Robbiati scored 3-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demetrio Crema, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciro Di Martino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Demetrio Crema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Demetrio Crema made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 36 minutes of play, Montesacro FC's Anselmo Robbiati made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demetrio Crema was left in no man's land by his defense there! COLLEGNO F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Daniele Tabacco scored to the left of an out of position Demetrio Crema, making the score, 6-0. COLLEGNO F.C.'s Demetrio Crema proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save COLLEGNO F.C. from getting a goal against them. Demetrio Crema made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Tabacco in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Rotili to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the COLLEGNO F.C. defense, Anselmo Robbiati kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demetrio Crema. The COLLEGNO F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demetrio Crema should have stopped the shot. Antonio Dorigatti kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Di Martino in the 67th minute of play forced COLLEGNO F.C.'s goalkeeper Demetrio Crema to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
