The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. io.dasola's Alisson Becker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save io.dasola from getting a goal against them. Ercole Gizzi's late challenge caught a Valdieri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ercole Gizzi helped the player get up and apologised. Ercole Gizzi kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Alisson Becker made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Comunardo Amatori sent off a good shot on target. Valdieri's Emiliano Cara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuele Di Biagio in the 12th minute of play. Ercole Gizzi hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Annamaya Hannah notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Valdieri's Emiliano Cara. Emiliano Cara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute, Emanuele Di Biagio made a precise shot to the right of Emiliano Cara. Valdieri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 23 minutes, Antonio Forte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Valdieri and the io.dasola players grew even worse after the yellow card. 23 minutes into the game, one of Valdieri:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for io.dasola. Amos Natale stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emiliano Cara. 0-3. 28 minutes into the game, Amos Natale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. io.dasola's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valdieri the free kick. Amos Natale kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match Alessandro Mascitti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alisson Becker showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edoardo Cabrini kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Valdieri! In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for io.dasola. Amos Natale stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emiliano Cara. 0-4. Emiliano Cara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuele Di Biagio in the 34th minute of play. Emiliano Cara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Sammartano, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Annamaya Hannah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Cara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Valdieri booed when io.dasola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Gizzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 minutes of play, io.dasola's Emanuele Di Biagio made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Cara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Comunardo Amatori to strike the kick off in the second half. Emiliano Cara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuele Di Biagio's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Emiliano Cara was a little too slow when Annamaya Hannah got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-6. If Edoardo Cabrini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuele Di Biagio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Emiliano Cara firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 64 minutes of play, io.dasola's Emanuele Di Biagio made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Cara was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Annamaya Hannah got free with Emiliano Cara in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the match, io.dasola's Emanuele Di Biagio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emiliano Cara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Annamaya Hannah came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the io.dasola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Annamaya Hannah couldn't finish the play. Valdieri's Emiliano Cara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Sammartano in the 84th minute of play. Ercole Gizzi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Emanuele Di Biagio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-9 in the 88th playminute. Annamaya Hannah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Valdieri supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching io.dasola's performance. The match ended with a win for io.dasola.
