Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) An unexpected shot in the 4th minute by Anfilogino Chiola got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 6 minutes into the game, Kroton F.C.'s Enzo Scacchi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domenico Sabatino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Anfilogino Chiola took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elia Losito. Elia Losito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Sorci Viola's Beppe Zoff was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Beppe Zoff scored 3-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elia Losito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elia Losito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anfilogino Chiola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elia Losito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anfilogino Chiola in the 34th minute of the match. Kroton F.C.'s Elia Losito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Chiola in the 38th minute of play. Ernesto Margoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 44 played minutes Kroton F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Corrado Ascani. Elia Losito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Beppe Zoff went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernesto Margoni was the one to do the kick off. Kroton F.C.'s Elia Losito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Toninelli in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Anfilogino Chiola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elia Losito was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 63 minutes into the match, Amerigo Toninelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elia Losito. Kroton F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amerigo Toninelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. In the 68th match minute, Kroton F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco De Lucia to maneuver through the defense. Beppe Zoff took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elia Losito. Kroton F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Elia Losito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beppe Zoff's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Sorci Viola's Elia Vaiani got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the game, Amerigo Toninelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Elia Losito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Kroton F.C.'s zone, Amerigo Toninelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elia Losito came out of the goal and Amerigo Toninelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, Amerigo Toninelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elia Losito was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Anfilogino Chiola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorci Viola's supporters rose to their feet, but Anfilogino Chiola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elia Losito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sorci Viola's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
