When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Amadeo Hitzeder sped through Eurospeed Asti's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Damiano Battisti. In the 67th minute King Thorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio De Feo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
