Spectators: 169 (Terracing: 127, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antonio Vieri kicked off to start the match. Antonio Vieri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Aurelio Epifani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gladiator FC were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after CLC Winter's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabiano Tatangelo took the corner. The corner ended in Fabiano Tatangelo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CLC Winter's Arrigo Righi did a great save. In the 10th minute Beppe Rivera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Righi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arrigo Righi came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Gladiator FC's Beppe Rivera. But to his dismay, Beppe Rivera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Arrigo Righi made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Fabiano Tatangelo sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Beppe Rivera took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Arrigo Righi to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristoforo Balboni in the 25th minute of play forced Gladiator FC's goalkeeper Aurelio Epifani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Antonio Vieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Epifani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ercole Polo in the 28th minute of play forced Gladiator FC's goalkeeper Aurelio Epifani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beppe Rivera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 40 minutes of play, CLC Winter's Antonio Vieri made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Epifani was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, CLC Winter's goalkeeper Arrigo Righi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabiano Tatangelo. If Beppe Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gladiator FC made a substitution. Fulvio Di Prinzio replaced Amedeo Orlandi. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beppe Rivera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Alex Vianello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CLC Winter's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gladiator FC the free kick. In the 55th minute, Alex Vianello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes Gladiator FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Ubriaco. After 58 minutes of play, Gladiator FC's Beppe Rivera made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arrigo Righi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, CLC Winter's Ercole Polo got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 73rd minute Beppe Rivera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Righi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of CLC Winter booed when Gladiator FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eraldo Taglieri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, CLC Winter's Armin Mazza got a free kick in the 77th minute. Ercole Polo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beppe Rivera in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arrigo Righi saved CLC Winter from getting behind. If Bianco Carozza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of CLC Winter booed when Gladiator FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bianco Carozza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Aldo Ubriaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristoforo Balboni hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match Fabiano Tatangelo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arrigo Righi skillfully saved the ball. Cristoforo Balboni hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Gladiator FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of CLC Winter for a fine match.
