Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Troiani in the 31st minute of play. If Antonio Troiani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 35 in the game by Alberto Firmani from a close distance when the talented Domenico Allegretti managed to make a qualified save. Cesano Boscone's players were relieved. 37 minutes into the game, Cesano Boscone's Antonio Troiani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arrigo Capone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Arrigo Capone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Troiani's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Flavio De Matteis made a precise shot to the right of Domenico Allegretti. Cesano Boscone's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio De Matteis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Vieri during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th minute Alberto Firmani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Allegretti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domenico Allegretti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio De Matteis in the 61st minute of the match. Arrigo Capone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franco Giacomozzi in the 65th minute. After 77 played minutes Cesano Boscone got a freekick which was hit by Dario Oberrauch. In the 84th match minute, Gonzo Style f.c was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davide Zisser to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Lo Iacono charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Lo Iacono the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 85 minutes into the game, one of Gonzo Style f.c:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gonzo Style f.c:s Arrigo Capone showed great skill when he stopped Franco Giacomozzi:s penalty. Domenico Allegretti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Firmani, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio De Matteis in the 97th minute of play forced Cesano Boscone's goalkeeper Domenico Allegretti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cesano Boscone players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gonzo Style f.c.
