Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Michaël Seguela started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Herblay's zone, Gaël Rats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustave Héron came out of the goal and Gaël Rats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Michel Portier to maneuver through the defense. After 6 played minutes, Le Stade Briochin UC's Jocelyn Benito shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gustave Héron came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Le Stade Briochin UC reached it. 8 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Gaël Rats came free, but Gustave Héron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goal looked a bit too open when Michaël Seguela came free, but Tord Waller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Michaël Seguela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tord Waller. Le Stade Briochin UC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michaël Seguela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michaël Seguela in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tord Waller saved Le Stade Briochin UC from getting behind. Tord Waller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Soudan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Guillaume Soudan charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guillaume Soudan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 36 minutes, Baptiste Demestre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Le Stade Briochin UC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baptiste Demestre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Omar Cardot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39thth minute of the game Jocelyn Benito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herblay's Gustave Héron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gaël Rats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaël Rats stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Herblay's Gustave Héron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaël Rats in the 50th minute of play. Gustave Héron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baptiste Demestre in the 53rd minute of the match. Tord Waller made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludwig Högman in the 55th minute. Gustave Héron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baptiste Demestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes Le Stade Briochin UC got a freekick which was hit by Baptiste Demestre. Ludwig Högman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Ludwig Högman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Hugo Galand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Tord Waller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guillaume Soudan. The Herblay players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
