The supporters of En Avant Nikko booed when Rathmore Lime Tree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Éloi Le Calvez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sofyane Valognes made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Thomas Smadja sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karim Cosme in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Douaud saved En Avant Nikko from getting behind. 14 minutes into the game, Karim Cosme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luis Douaud was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karim Cosme scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Douaud, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute Karim Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Douaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, En Avant Nikko's Just Fricot got a free kick in the 26th minute. Luis Douaud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karim Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Karim Cosme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Douaud was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 35th minute Karim Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Douaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albert Frouin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Luis Douaud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Karim Cosme fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rathmore Lime Tree's protests and gave Karim Cosme a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Karim Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sofyane Valognes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romain Dupret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adil Magaud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Luis Douaud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romain Dupret made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Karim Cosme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romain Dupret in the 53rd minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Sofyane Valognes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Karim Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Rathmore Lime Tree fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karim Cosme couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Morgan Fritsch during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Morgan Fritsch hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 61st match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Frouin to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the game, Rathmore Lime Tree's Adil Magaud nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luis Douaud made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernand Rouland in the 66th minute of play forced En Avant Nikko's goalkeeper Luis Douaud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolphe Dutartre in the 68th minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Sofyane Valognes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romain Dupret might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sofyane Valognes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romain Dupret ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Rathmore Lime Tree booed when En Avant Nikko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolphe Dutartre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Douaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernand Rouland, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to Rathmore Lime Tree getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Fernand Rouland hit a great ball. If Fernand Rouland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Rodolphe Dutartre sped through Rathmore Lime Tree's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sofyane Valognes. Albert Frouin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The En Avant Nikko supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rathmore Lime Tree's performance. The match ended with a win for Rathmore Lime Tree.
