Noël Péret was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Noël Péret stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charles-Henri Maron's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Édouard Guet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saint Côme de Fresné's Patrice Sénéchal got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Lyon 69ers getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Claudinho Tepedino hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Robert Garrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noël Péret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Chris Hauser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Joaquim Gibert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jordan Garbay kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Lyon 69ers's Charles-Henri Maron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Noël Péret made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Noël Péret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles-Henri Maron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charles-Henri Maron to make the kick off. Mathis Boureau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noël Péret having to interfere. Joaquim Gibert kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ruben Bénier hit a great ball. Noël Péret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathis Boureau, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 58 played minutes Saint Côme de Fresné got a freekick which was hit by Jérémy Le Boucher. Noël Péret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles-Henri Maron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles-Henri Maron received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Noël Péret came out and tried to block the shot, but Charles-Henri Maron slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 67th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Lyon 69ers's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Gibert came free, but Gameiro Lenoble reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Saint Côme de Fresné were awarded a corner. Ruben Bénier went to the cornerflag to take it. Charles-Henri Maron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Noël Péret made a huge save. Noël Péret was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Robert Garrigues capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Robert Garrigues really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. When Patrice Sénéchal came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Saint Côme de Fresné fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrice Sénéchal couldn't finish the play. In the 88th match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Garbay to maneuver through the defense. Noël Péret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles-Henri Maron in the 89th minute. Michel Pavie charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel Pavie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lyon 69ers's Michel Pavie got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Saint Côme de Fresné fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lyon 69ers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
