After 5 played minutes Perthes United got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Houssin. Noël Péret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwendal Ayache, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Joaquim Gibert hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Jérémy Le Boucher charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jérémy Le Boucher the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jérémy Le Boucher to maneuver through the defense. Noël Péret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ange Folcher in the 21st minute of the match. Noël Péret came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Perthes United's Gwendal Ayache. But to his dismay, Gwendal Ayache quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 42 minutes, Maël Négrel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perthes United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maël Négrel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Jordan Garbay got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Patrice Sénéchal made the kick off in the second half. Gwendal Ayache might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Noël Péret. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gwendal Ayache ran back to his position shaking his head. Noël Péret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maël Négrel in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Patrice Sénéchal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saint Côme de Fresné's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrice Sénéchal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maël Négrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noël Péret having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Édouard Guet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perthes United's Maël Négrel got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Maël Négrel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Perthes United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saint Côme de Fresné the free kick. After 77 played minutes Perthes United got a freekick which was hit by Maël Négrel. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Perthes United's goalkeeper Fabien Gury, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Édouard Guet to maneuver through the defense. Noël Péret didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gwendal Ayache went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Maël Négrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Noël Péret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noël Péret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ange Folcher in the 93rd minute of the match. Fabien Gury made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Patrice Sénéchal sent off a good shot on target. There was no doubt that Perthes United were the better team. Perthes United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
