Arthur Rannou took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noël Péret. Noël Péret dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Noël Péret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charly Boisson in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Garbay to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evan Le Moullec in the 17th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Noël Péret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noël Péret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Rannou in the 19th minute of the match. Eduart Rrustemi struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Noël Péret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chaponnay FC. Noël Péret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evan Le Moullec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31st play minutes Arthur Rannou shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Noël Péret and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Saint Côme de Fresné defense, Kevan Brossier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noël Péret. The Saint Côme de Fresné fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noël Péret should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Rannou in the 41st minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Noël Péret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noël Péret came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Chaponnay FC's Kevan Brossier. But to his dismay, Kevan Brossier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Jordan Garbay hit a great ball. Charly Boisson took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noël Péret. Noël Péret dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. The Saint Côme de Fresné players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chaponnay FC were winning 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrice Sénéchal was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Saint Côme de Fresné booed when Chaponnay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batiste Goguet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Noël Péret was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arthur Rannou showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 60 minute of play. Evan Le Moullec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Kevan Brossier came free, but Noël Péret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Mertz's late challenge caught a Chaponnay FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Mertz helped the player get up and apologised. 70 minutes into the game, Arthur Rannou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chaponnay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saint Côme de Fresné the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chaponnay FC's Arthur Rannou got a free kick in the 71st minute. When Patrice Sénéchal fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saint Côme de Fresné's protests and gave Patrice Sénéchal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chaponnay FC booed when Saint Côme de Fresné was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrice Sénéchal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evan Le Moullec got free with Noël Péret in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Arthur Rannou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Noël Péret was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Olivier Barnier hit a great ball. Evan Le Moullec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Noël Péret made a huge save. In the 83rd minute, Chaponnay FC's Renaud Houzet ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Noël Péret. Noël Péret yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Noël Péret was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Batiste Goguet. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evan Le Moullec got free with Noël Péret in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Noël Péret was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Kevan Brossier capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kevan Brossier really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10.
