Nathanaël Teissier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Green Madness fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Green Madness's Grégoire Coulomb looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luka Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Pasquier having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Green Madness's Grégoire Coulomb got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Grégoire Coulomb left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Green Madness fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 34th match minute, Elegance Dijon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kilian Prévôt to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grégoire Coulomb in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nathanaël Teissier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Green Madness's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Herbert Vignal in the 40th minute. In the 46th match minute, Elegance Dijon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathieu Gaud to maneuver through the defense. Grégoire Coulomb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathanaël Teissier having to interfere. After the first half Green Madness were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

51 minutes into the game, Adil Caruso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elegance Dijon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Green Madness the free kick. After a rather tough play, Elegance Dijon's Adil Caruso got a free kick in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the game, Kilian Prévôt threw the ball into play from the sideline. Green Madness's Gong Chang Mo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 54th match minute, Green Madness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gong Chang Mo to maneuver through the defense. Green Madness made a substitution. Quentin Charuel replaced Fola Maître. In the 58th minute, Adil Caruso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alain Terim in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nathanaël Teissier saved Elegance Dijon from getting behind. With a little luck, Elegance Dijon's Nathanaël Teissier got control of the ball when Grégoire Coulomb tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Green Madness's goal looked a bit too open when Mathieu Gaud came free, but Danny Pasquier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Yann Guillemin notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Green Madness's Danny Pasquier.
