The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nathanaël Teissier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grégoire Coulomb in the 4th minute. Green Madness's Grégoire Coulomb was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 6th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 12th minute, Grégoire Coulomb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute, Grégoire Coulomb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nathanaël Teissier was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Elegance Dijon's Benoît Maniez got a free kick in the 19th minute. Green Madness's Luisito Astigar shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Nathanaël Teissier but with some difficulty. 21 minutes into the game, Kilian Prévôt threw the ball into play from the sideline. Green Madness's Kevan Machu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nathanaël Teissier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grégoire Coulomb in the 22nd minute of the match. Nathanaël Teissier was a little too slow when Yves Auvinet got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yann Guillemin in the 30th minute of play forced Green Madness's goalkeeper Danny Pasquier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grégoire Coulomb in the 38th minute of play forced Elegance Dijon's goalkeeper Nathanaël Teissier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Benoît Maniez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grégoire Coulomb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Nathanaël Teissier made a huge save. In the 44th minute, Fola Maître hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Grégoire Coulomb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathanaël Teissier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Grégoire Coulomb to make the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Fola Maître who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elegance Dijon's Nathanaël Teissier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nathanaël Teissier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grégoire Coulomb went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Green Madness made a substitution. Quentin Charuel replaced Fola Maître. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grégoire Coulomb in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nathanaël Teissier saved Elegance Dijon from getting behind. Grégoire Coulomb took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nathanaël Teissier. Nathanaël Teissier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Green Madness's Vincent Delarue was substituted for Grégoire Coulomb. Danny Pasquier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathieu Gaud, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Danny Pasquier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathieu Gaud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Green Madness's Herbert Vignal got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Green Madness's Danny Pasquier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Green Madness from getting a goal against them. Vincent Delarue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathanaël Teissier having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Yann Guillemin notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Green Madness's Danny Pasquier. Danny Pasquier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Green Madness's Alain Terim suffered a concussion after 85 minutes and had to leave the field. Adil Caruso charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adil Caruso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Green Madness booed when Elegance Dijon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adil Caruso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Vincent Delarue left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Green Madness fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. With a little luck, Green Madness's Danny Pasquier got control of the ball when Mathieu Gaud tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathieu Gaud got free with Danny Pasquier in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Danny Pasquier was a little too slow when Benoît Maniez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 6-2. Green Madness's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
