Just Bazoge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Ahmid Lamouroux made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Bogdan Bambas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fabien Nunes. Cosa nostra Lyon's Teofil Jarosiewicz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Thierry Fouet in the 30 minute of the game. Bogdan Bambas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Bambas in the 36th minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Fabien Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Just Bazoge stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Bogdan Bambas notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ground Control's Fabien Nunes. The Ground Control fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cosa nostra Lyon were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
