The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cesar Galoer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute Adolfo Ibon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Ogazon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Revolution Tuning booed when Darkness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Chuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 minutes, Fernando Restu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Darkness and the Revolution Tuning players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute Darkness were awarded a corner. Aldebaran Tauro went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Armando Macias managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 26 minutes into the match, Revolution Tuning's goalkeeper Cesar Galoer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Medero. Armando Macias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gianluigi Ogazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Tajo in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Fernando Restu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Darkness's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Restu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesar Galoer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darkness's Armando Macias got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Adolfo Ibon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosme Venceslas was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Cosme Venceslas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Revolution Tuning fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 68 minutes into the match, Darkness's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Tajo came free, but Gianluigi Ogazon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Adolfo Otsoa fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Darkness's protests and gave Adolfo Otsoa a yellow card for diving instead. Adolfo Otsoa kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Revolution Tuning's Marco Urtzi got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cesar Galoer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Medero in the 73rd minute of the match. Gianluigi Ogazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Venceslas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Darkness booed when Revolution Tuning was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Urtzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesar Galoer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Macias, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Armando Macias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Darkness's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Macias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesar Galoer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Darkness players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
