The corner was taken by Victoriano Distiratsu in the 4th minute. Gaspar Matro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Orlando Leoiar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Homero Thomson in the 6th minute. With a little luck, Equipo's Orlando Leoiar got control of the ball when Daniel Cabrera tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, TZILACATZIN's Homero Thomson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Leoiar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Cabrera struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Orlando Leoiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TZILACATZIN. Victor Rio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, TZILACATZIN's Daniel Cabrera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orlando Leoiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Daniel Cabrera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TZILACATZIN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The corner led TZILACATZIN's Victoriano Distiratsu to fire away a dangerous shot which Orlando Leoiar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Homero Thomson managed to get in a good position for a shot. TZILACATZIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Homero Thomson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Leoiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the game, Daniel Cabrera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Orlando Leoiar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Cabrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Equipo's Orlando Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Cabrera in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Equipo's Ildefonso Celino got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Daniel Cabrera fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Homero Thomson in the 42nd minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Orlando Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45thth minute of the game Daniel Cabrera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Equipo's Orlando Leoiar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The Equipo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orlando Leoiar should have stopped the shot. TZILACATZIN's Daniel Cabrera got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Homero Thomson managed to get in a good position for a shot. TZILACATZIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Homero Thomson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Leoiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonardo Jaume made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Florentino Eufemio however managed to control. Daniel Cabrera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlando Leoiar having to make a save. Raul Frantzes hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The supporters of TZILACATZIN booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Frantzes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Equipo's Orlando Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvadore González in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Salvadore González made a precise shot to the right of Orlando Leoiar. Equipo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Orlando Leoiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvadore González, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Homero Thomson in the 87th minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Orlando Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Salvadore González shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Leoiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvadore González took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Leoiar. Orlando Leoiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Salvadore González sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. TZILACATZIN had played much better football throughout.
