Martin Ostadar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santa Luis went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The Old Boys's Santa Luis came free and shot a quick shot against goal 26 minutes in the game, fortunately Martin Ostadar had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Les Tigres's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Les Tigres's Rigoberto Iratze got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
