Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Ferrer Aras started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Zxavian Balaguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Dorado having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferrer Aras got free with Zaquiel Monta in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Díaz Camargo struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Alfonso Dorado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esmeraldas S.C.. Zaquiel Monta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferrer Aras's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. The Esmeraldas S.C. fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Esmeraldas S.C.'s Díaz Camargo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 23 played minutes Nutridal F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Llama. Zaquiel Monta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferrer Aras, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Camilo Llama managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nutridal F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Llama was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Díaz Camargo came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Esmeraldas S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Díaz Camargo couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute, Díaz Camargo made a precise shot to the right of Alfonso Dorado. Nutridal F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 43rdth minute of the game Díaz Camargo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nutridal F.C.'s Alfonso Dorado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th match minute, Nutridal F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferrer Aras to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Díaz Camargo to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Zxavian Balaguer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zxavian Balaguer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Dorado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Díaz Camargo took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfonso Dorado. Alfonso Dorado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 62nd match minute, Esmeraldas S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guagua Cabañero to maneuver through the defense. Urtsin Verga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zaquiel Monta. Esmeraldas S.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Andres Graci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nutridal F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esmeraldas S.C. the free kick. In the 65th match minute, Nutridal F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Graci to maneuver through the defense. Zxavian Balaguer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Castillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Alfonso Dorado made a huge save. Edson Cantillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfonso Dorado having to make a save. In the 80th minute, Díaz Camargo made a precise shot to the right of Alfonso Dorado. Nutridal F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Díaz Camargo in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfonso Dorado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84thth minute of the game Díaz Camargo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nutridal F.C.'s Alfonso Dorado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Díaz Camargo's late challenge caught a Nutridal F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Díaz Camargo helped the player get up and apologised. Zxavian Balaguer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Alfonso Dorado made a huge save. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Zaquiel Monta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Graci in the 97th minute of play. Esmeraldas S.C. played a much better game than Nutridal F.C. and deserved their victory. The Nutridal F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
