Garcia Puga hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Loja S.C.'s Victor Peres was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 91st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the final whistle sounded Loja S.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Barcelona de América.
