The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, GALACTICOS's goalkeeper Ubelteso Zalaca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mathías Guevara. A collision led to INGOBERNABLE F.C getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Mathías Guevara hit a great ball. Octavio Cordon made in the 10th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cuero Lasquibar. After 11 minutes, Jimmy Mirafuentes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GALACTICOS and the INGOBERNABLE F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. GALACTICOS's Ubelteso Zalaca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save GALACTICOS from getting a goal against them. James Retes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ubelteso Zalaca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubelteso Zalaca was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Mathías Guevara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mathías Guevara really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Cuero Lasquibar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 25th minute, Jimmy Mirafuentes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 27 minutes, Mathías Guevara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INGOBERNABLE F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mathías Guevara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to GALACTICOS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Xicu Arzumendi hit a great ball. Ubelteso Zalaca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathías Guevara in the 31st minute of play. After 32 played minutes GALACTICOS got a freekick which was hit by Guamán Lebron. A collision led to GALACTICOS getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Virila Elano hit a great ball. Guamán Lebron got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 40th match minute, GALACTICOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guamán Lebron to maneuver through the defense. Unax Quintairos managed to trick GALACTICOS's defense and made a shot which however Ubelteso Zalaca didn't slip through. A nice save in the 44thth minute. INGOBERNABLE F.C's Mathías Guevara managed to work through GALACTICOS's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mathías Guevara dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ubelteso Zalaca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Unax Quintairos, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, James Retes managed to get in a good position for a shot. INGOBERNABLE F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but James Retes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubelteso Zalaca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. GALACTICOS's Ubelteso Zalaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Retes in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Unax Quintairos in the 55th minute of play forced GALACTICOS's goalkeeper Ubelteso Zalaca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, James Retes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ubelteso Zalaca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vistruario Sabando kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cuero Lasquibar in the 64th minute of play forced GALACTICOS's goalkeeper Ubelteso Zalaca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Unax Quintairos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GALACTICOS's Ubelteso Zalaca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mathías Guevara scored 4-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ubelteso Zalaca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
