Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chan Abeijon took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the River LOA defense, Vinos La Rocca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Eduardo Araya. The River LOA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Eduardo Araya should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Neruda in the 6th minute of play forced River LOA's goalkeeper Juan Eduardo Araya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Eduardo Araya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Neruda's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Neruda in the 11th minute of play forced River LOA's goalkeeper Juan Eduardo Araya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Pablo Neruda put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Juan Eduardo Araya. 20 minutes into the game, Amado Aceituno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Juan Eduardo Araya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Eduardo Araya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Neruda's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pablo Neruda in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Eduardo Araya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Neruda in the 34th minute of play forced River LOA's goalkeeper Juan Eduardo Araya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Eduardo Araya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Aceituno, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Reyes Molina's late challenge caught a Lautaro L.P.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reyes Molina helped the player get up and apologised. Reyes Molina kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Juan Eduardo Araya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Habil Ita, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Juan Eduardo Araya came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Lautaro L.P.'s Pablo Neruda. But to his dismay, Pablo Neruda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 42 minutes, Pablo Neruda made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. River LOA's Juan Eduardo Araya tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Amancio Gorostizaga scored 1-5 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesus Emilianu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pablo Neruda was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Lautaro L.P.'s Pablo Neruda fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Juan Eduardo Araya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinos La Rocca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Lautaro L.P.'s Habil Ita to fire away a dangerous shot which Juan Eduardo Araya despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Neruda got free with Juan Eduardo Araya in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 60 minutes, Amancio Gorostizaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River LOA and the Lautaro L.P. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes River LOA got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Gorostizaga. A hard shot 62 in the game by Pablo Neruda from a close distance when the talented Juan Eduardo Araya managed to make a qualified save. River LOA's players were relieved. River LOA's Juan Eduardo Araya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Prenafeta in the 64th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in River LOA's zone, Pablo Neruda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Eduardo Araya came out of the goal and Pablo Neruda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Neruda in the 67th minute of play forced River LOA's goalkeeper Juan Eduardo Araya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Eduardo Araya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Neruda in the 68th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Pablo Neruda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juan Eduardo Araya. Pablo Neruda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Lautaro L.P.'s Amado Aceituno got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jesus Emilianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaume Aracena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, River LOA's Amancio Gorostizaga got a free kick in the 76th minute. Juan Eduardo Araya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Neruda in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pablo Neruda in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 86th minute, Amado Aceituno made a precise shot to the right of Juan Eduardo Araya. River LOA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. In the 89th minute Pablo Neruda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Eduardo Araya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Lautaro L.P.'s Pablo Neruda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juan Eduardo Araya. Juan Eduardo Araya yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. A collision led to Lautaro L.P. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Vinos Morillo hit a great ball. In the 97th minute Jaume Aracena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Emilianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lautaro L.P. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
