After 29 minutes Club Deportes La Serena's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Quique Fevre who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to TAVHIK FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Silvio Perl hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the game, Dionisio Daly was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TAVHIK FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Deportes La Serena the free kick. In the 37th match minute, TAVHIK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Daly to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Cabrito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xabel Doursther went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 51st minute Aybars Demir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Augustyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 51 minutes into the match, Aybars Demir notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Club Deportes La Serena's Waldemar Augustyn. Omar Bardesi hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Aybars Demir's shot from long distance in the 81st minute was not bad at all, but Club Deportes La Serena's Waldemar Augustyn knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Aybars Demir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldemar Augustyn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After 86 played minutes Club Deportes La Serena got a freekick which was hit by Omar Bardesi. Xabel Doursther sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Deportes La Serena were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
