Zorros del Desierto's Sverker Zander got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kaodilinakachukwu Papacharalabous made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sverker Zander in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to Zorros del Desierto getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jean Cruz hit a great ball. Kaodilinakachukwu Papacharalabous showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Insaurralde in the 41st minute of the match. Algarrobo's Kaodilinakachukwu Papacharalabous played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sverker Zander in the 42nd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Cristian Insaurralde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zorros del Desierto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Insaurralde to make the kick off. Kaodilinakachukwu Papacharalabous showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sverker Zander in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Desiderio Marti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomil Bucyki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lion Messi in the 66th minute of play forced Zorros del Desierto's goalkeeper Radomil Bucyki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaodilinakachukwu Papacharalabous made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Cristian Insaurralde sent off a good shot on target. Domingo Owen hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Radomil Bucyki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Marti in the 90th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Fidelio Aldunate came free, but Radomil Bucyki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
