Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Manolito Neira made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colo-Colo's goalkeeper Marino Sadin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Altermundi FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dante Baros in the 11th minute. When Sem Barang, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 14 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marino Sadin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 30th play minutes Rogelio Luco shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Marino Sadin and just under the crossbar into goal. 38 minutes into the match, Rogelio Luco notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Colo-Colo's Marino Sadin. Marino Sadin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ysmael Alemparte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolito Neira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marino Sadin came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Altermundi FC's Rogelio Luco. But to his dismay, Rogelio Luco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Colo-Colo's Marino Sadin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Luco in the 54th minute of play. After some careless play in the Colo-Colo defense, Rogelio Luco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marino Sadin. The Colo-Colo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marino Sadin should have stopped the shot. Marino Sadin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Luco, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Altermundi FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Miren Parada hit a great ball. Ysmael Alemparte was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Alexis Ardizzoni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alexis Ardizzoni really showed his touch with that goal: 6-1. 67 minutes into the match, Rogelio Luco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marino Sadin. Colo-Colo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogelio Luco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Altermundi FC made a substitution. Alberto Tassara replaced Rómulo Jaramillo. Ysmael Alemparte made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Lucho Pérez sent off a good shot on target. After 72 played minutes Altermundi FC got a freekick which was hit by Pío Ducoing. Colo-Colo's Florentino Manterola was substituted for Marcos Francisco Aguayo. In the 77th minute of the match Colo-Colo got a corner. Altermundi FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Koča Mendoza ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Koča Mendoza got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ysmael Alemparte quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marino Sadin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Luco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Luco came free, but Marino Sadin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colo-Colo's goalkeeper Marino Sadin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Colo-Colo's Bermejo Pretot got a free kick in the 89th minute. Colo-Colo made a substitution. Ernesto Campusano replaced Luis Mena.
