After a rather tough play, Red Bull Club's Stefan Mirkovič got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After some careless play in the Red Bull Club defense, Julien Anderle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robert Manevski. The Red Bull Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robert Manevski should have stopped the shot. Robert Manevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julien Anderle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atanas Živkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Marsel Pečjak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 minutes of play, Fajteri's Julien Anderle made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Manevski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, Red Bull Club's goal looked a bit too open when Stašo Šiler came free, but Robert Manevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atanas Živkov hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Marsel Pečjak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ile Manojlovski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivek Majstorović came out and tried to block the shot, but Ile Manojlovski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 31st minute. Apolonije Podobnik's late challenge caught a Red Bull Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Apolonije Podobnik helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes Fajteri got a freekick which was hit by Apolonije Podobnik. Ivek Majstorović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ile Manojlovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Stašo Šiler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marsel Pečjak in the 42nd minute of play forced Red Bull Club's goalkeeper Robert Manevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Red Bull Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fajteri were winning 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ile Manojlovski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Red Bull Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Julien Anderle scored to the left of an out of position Robert Manevski, making the score, 2-4. 56 minutes into the match, Red Bull Club's goal looked a bit too open when Samel Mudri came free, but Robert Manevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julien Anderle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Red Bull Club's zone, Julien Anderle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Manevski came out of the goal and Julien Anderle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute Marsel Pečjak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Manevski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Fajteri defense, Ile Manojlovski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivek Majstorović. The Fajteri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivek Majstorović should have stopped the shot. Robert Manevski was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Marsel Pečjak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marsel Pečjak really showed his touch with that goal: 3-6. Julien Anderle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Manevski having to interfere. Robert Manevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julien Anderle in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Fajteri booed when Red Bull Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Mirkovič didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Fajteri players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
