After 2 played minutes GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ got a freekick which was hit by Gordan Kordić. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Elbert Klerk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sima Dalović in the 3rd minute of play. If Gordan Kordić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goal looked a bit too open when Goran Trivunović came free, but Elbert Klerk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kelvin Coleman kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Goran Trivunović in the 13th minute of play forced GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Elbert Klerk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, jumpitrumpi's Slađan Kocić got a free kick in the 15th minute. Zmagoslav Duda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmar Motta in the 18th minute of the match. Slađan Kocić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elbert Klerk having to interfere. Veselin Marjanović kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th match minute, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gradimir Juraga to maneuver through the defense. Elbert Klerk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goran Trivunović in the 40th minute of play. jumpitrumpi's Zmagoslav Duda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislav Kašić in the 42nd minute of play. Ninoslav Stipanić kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Sima Dalović was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Florencio Hanni was substituted for Ninoslav Stipanić. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Zachary Parzysz hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Slađan Kocić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Elbert Klerk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. jumpitrumpi were furious when Sima Dalović was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Zmagoslav Duda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislav Kašić in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of jumpitrumpi booed when GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislav Kašić didn't get a good kick on the ball. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Zachary Parzysz got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zmagoslav Duda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Parzysz in the 77th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oton Mangafić during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th minute Slađan Kocić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elbert Klerk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osmar Motta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Zmagoslav Duda made a huge save. Zmagoslav Duda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Marčić, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Živorad Desnica kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Osmar Motta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zmagoslav Duda came out and tried to block the shot, but Osmar Motta slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 87th minute. With a little luck, jumpitrumpi's Zmagoslav Duda got control of the ball when Ladislav Kašić tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than jumpitrumpi.
