With a little luck, Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Mladen Bokić got control of the ball when Freddy Prinčič tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nikola Tesla in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Nueva saved NŠ MURA from getting behind. The supporters of Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ booed when NŠ MURA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dani Lahajner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Borut Cafuta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mladen Bokić firmly grabbed it by the left post. Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Mladen Bokić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dani Lahajner in the 26th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milutin Mančić during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mladen Bokić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dani Lahajner, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Milija Milanov fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s protests and gave Milija Milanov a yellow card for diving instead. Milija Milanov kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Borut Cafuta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute, NŠ MURA's Freddy Prinčič ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mladen Bokić. Mladen Bokić yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nikola Tesla made the kick off in the second half. Mladen Bokić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borut Cafuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Borut Cafuta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for NŠ MURA. Naim Trafela stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mladen Bokić. 4-1. After a rather tough play, Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Nikola Tesla got a free kick in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the game, NŠ MURA's Borut Cafuta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mladen Bokić made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. The supporters of NŠ MURA booed when Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksa Avramović didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mladen Bokić was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
