In the 13th minute Dani Lahajner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Makedon Boševski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, NGOP Football Club's Trajče Ickovski got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 25 played minutes NŠ MURA got a freekick which was hit by Milan Vrbec. Juan Nueva had great luck who in the 26thth minute grab hold of the ball when Slavoljub Kjani from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. With his leg Juan Nueva managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when NGOP Football Club's Slavoljub Kjani fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. NGOP Football Club's Slavoljub Kjani was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Makedon Boševski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dani Lahajner, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 36 minutes into the match, NGOP Football Club's Slavoljub Kjani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Nueva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zvone Rihtar's late challenge caught a NGOP Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zvone Rihtar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of NGOP Football Club booed when NŠ MURA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zvone Rihtar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilijano Vidoevski got free with Juan Nueva in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Slavoljub Kjani managed to get in a good position for a shot. NGOP Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Slavoljub Kjani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Nueva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Slavoljub Kjani took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Juan Nueva to make any attempt to save it. Juan Nueva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Slavoljub Kjani showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 47 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Slavoljub Kjani was the one to do the kick off. In the 62ndth minute of the game Slavoljub Kjani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NŠ MURA's Juan Nueva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The NGOP Football Club fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when NGOP Football Club's Slavoljub Kjani looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in NŠ MURA's zone, Slavoljub Kjani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Nueva came out of the goal and Slavoljub Kjani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Dani Lahajner fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NŠ MURA's protests and gave Dani Lahajner a yellow card for diving instead. Dani Lahajner hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Slavoljub Kjani in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Nueva saved NŠ MURA from getting behind. After a rather tough play, NGOP Football Club's Ljupčo Janev got a free kick in the 78th minute. After recieving a nice pass, NŠ MURA's Naim Trafela tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Slavoljub Kjani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, NŠ MURA's Dani Lahajner got a free kick in the 82nd minute. NŠ MURA's Juan Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slavoljub Kjani in the 88th minute of play. Juan Nueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slavoljub Kjani in the 93rd minute of the match.
