But to his dismay, Emil Dala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 34 played minutes Mesterháza got a freekick which was hit by Kornél Jósa. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mesterháza's goalkeeper György Juhász, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. György Juhász made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Kálmán Mbappè sent off a good shot on target. If Márton Gombos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adorján Mónos fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Savaria's protests and gave Adorján Mónos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sporting Savaria getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Adorján Mónos hit a great ball.

Márton Gombos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Márton Gombos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Savaria's supporters rose to their feet, but Márton Gombos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. György Juhász breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márton Gombos in the 75th minute of play forced Mesterháza's goalkeeper György Juhász to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mesterháza booed when Sporting Savaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kálmán Mbappè didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dániel Sárkány came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Mesterháza fans jumped to their feet. Mesterháza's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vyacheslav Chuprinov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. György Juhász showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adorján Mónos in the 95th minute of the match. Vyacheslav Chuprinov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. György Juhász tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Mesterháza players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Sporting Savaria from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
