Szolnoki MÁV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patrik Kádár was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Tobias Balesio kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute of the match László Pálinkás sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ottó Szántó skillfully saved the ball. 13 minutes into the match, SÉ SE's goal looked a bit too open when Emesto Muñagorri came free, but Krisztián Bodonyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, SÉ SE's goalkeeper Krisztián Bodonyi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrik Almási. After 16 minutes, Patrik Kádár made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Szolnoki MÁV's Ottó Szántó tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Szolnoki MÁV defense, Sándor Szuper kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ottó Szántó. The Szolnoki MÁV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ottó Szántó should have stopped the shot. When SÉ SE's Patrik Kádár in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Szolnoki MÁV's goalie prevented a goal. 25 minutes into the match, Patrik Kádár had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ottó Szántó. Ottó Szántó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Kádár, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Ottó Szántó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Kádár in the 37th minute of the match. Szolnoki MÁV's Ottó Szántó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Kádár in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

In the 54thth minute of the game Patrik Kádár who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szolnoki MÁV's Ottó Szántó was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Sándor Szuper cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ottó Szántó was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 0-7 became the score in the 64th minute when Patrik Kádár elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ottó Szántó was a little too slow when Patrik Kádár got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-8. SÉ SE made a substitution. Norbert Hujber replaced Ákos Tokody. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Kádár in the 77th minute of play forced Szolnoki MÁV's goalkeeper Ottó Szántó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The SÉ SE fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when SÉ SE's Patrik Kádár looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Szolnoki MÁV's Ottó Szántó got control of the ball when Miklós Solti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ottó Szántó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sándor Szuper in the 90th minute of play. SÉ SE's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
