The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Mátyás Sáfár hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeromos Bártfai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attila Károlyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Keszi Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Áron Erőss came free, but Ádám Balogh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Ádám Balogh managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Csabagyöngye's Áron Erőss fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Keszi Athletic's Ádám Balogh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Keszi Athletic from getting a goal against them. In the 28th match minute, Csabagyöngye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pál Bakos to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Mátyás Sáfár put in a rough tackle. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Keszi Athletic! Keszi Athletic:s Ádám Balogh showed great skill when he stopped Árpád Benkô:s penalty. Attila Károlyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jeromos Bártfai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ádám Balogh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Áron Erőss in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Áron Erőss made a kick off. When Jakab Kováts fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Csabagyöngye's protests and gave Jakab Kováts a yellow card for diving instead. Keszi Athletic's Árpád Kovács was substituted for Dávid Cseke. Jakab Kováts hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. János Budai struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Ádám Balogh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Csabagyöngye. The audience thought a goal was coming when Attila Károlyi got free with Jeromos Bártfai in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute of the match, Attila Károlyi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeromos Bártfai was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the Csabagyöngye defense, Attila Károlyi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeromos Bártfai. The Csabagyöngye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeromos Bártfai should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Attila Károlyi in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeromos Bártfai saved Csabagyöngye from getting behind. In the 74th minute Keszi Athletic were awarded a corner. Nimród Cseke went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Keszi Athletic's Nimród Cseke to fire away a dangerous shot which Jeromos Bártfai despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 75th match minute, Keszi Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krisztián Erdei to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Áron Erőss in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ádám Balogh saved Keszi Athletic from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Áron Erőss in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ádám Balogh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute Árpád Kovács shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeromos Bártfai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bálint Kerekes hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Áron Erőss managed to get in a good position for a shot. Csabagyöngye's supporters rose to their feet, but Áron Erőss was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ádám Balogh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th match minute, Keszi Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flórián Novák to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Attila Károlyi could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Jeromos Bártfai however easily saved by the left post. 89 minutes into the game, Attila Károlyi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jeromos Bártfai. Attila Károlyi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Attila Károlyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute.
