Baltazár Lorberg started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Gábor Lányi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsombor Vályogos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elek Sipos hit a great ball. Zsombor Vályogos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zalán Pető in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Ágyúsok FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Péter Gyurkovics to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute József Dobos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Saághy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Ágyúsok FC. Marcell Somogyi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving János Saághy. 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gábor Lányi was the one to do the kick off. In the 57thth minute of the game Baltazár Lorberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nimród Vére's János Saághy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Nimród Vére defense, Marcell Somogyi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of János Saághy. The Nimród Vére fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that János Saághy should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Ágyúsok FC's Ákos Takács got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 70th match minute, Ágyúsok FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by János Titkos to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Zsombor Vályogos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcell Somogyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. János Saághy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ágyúsok FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltazár Lorberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Many of Nimród Vére's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Nimród Vére may have spent more time on the ball, but Ágyúsok FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
