When Andrej Vargovčík fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Someliéri's protests and gave Andrej Vargovčík a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Someliéri getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Tomáš Čambora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Binjamin Provoost was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomáš Javorčík to make the kick off. A hard shot by Stano Kováč from long distance, 51 minutes into the match, got Tomáš Čambora's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 53 minutes into the match, Miroslav Jankura notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC Gladiators Milošová's Binjamin Provoost. Binjamin Provoost was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
