After 23 played minutes FC Stinking Dogs got a freekick which was hit by Pavol Slabej. Jaromír Duda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Telka, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, FC FERNET BOYS's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Telka came free, but Jaromír Duda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaromír Duda came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Stinking Dogs's Viktor Semeno. But to his dismay, Viktor Semeno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC FERNET BOYS's Gabriel Kollár got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After the first half FC Stinking Dogs were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dušan Gurský was the one to do the kick off. FC Stinking Dogs's Pavol Feješ got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Semeno in the 64th minute of play forced FC FERNET BOYS's goalkeeper Jaromír Duda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Stinking Dogs booed when FC FERNET BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dušan Gurský didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Erik Telka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jaromír Duda. The goal made the score 0-2. In the 87th minute of the match, Erik Telka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jaromír Duda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
