Kamil Žbírka kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Krivé hnáty's zone, Nikola Krstović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matej Kolesár came out of the goal and Nikola Krstović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Fisher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamil Žbírka, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute, Nikola Krstović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matej Kolesár was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Krivé hnáty's Matej Kolesár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikola Krstović in the 20th minute of play. Krivé hnáty's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Dávid Strelec scored to the left of an out of position Matej Kolesár, making the score, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Nikola Krstović's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matej Kolesár was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Nikola Krstović might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matej Kolesár. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nikola Krstović ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dávid Strelec in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matej Kolesár saved Krivé hnáty from getting behind. The supporters of Krivé hnáty booed when AFK Petržalka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dávid Strelec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Fisher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamil Žbírka in the 38th minute of the match. Matej Kolesár was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dávid Strelec showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 40 minute of play. Nikola Krstović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 48th minute, AFK Petržalka's Nikola Krstović dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dávid Strelec was the one to do the kick off. Matej Kolesár showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikola Krstović in the 55th minute of the match. Kamil Žbírka hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Maluleke Piwko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matej Kolesár showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikola Krstović, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Nikola Krstović cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Matej Kolesár was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matej Kolesár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikola Krstović in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Nikola Krstović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matej Kolesár. Krivé hnáty's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikola Krstović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After some careless play in the Krivé hnáty defense, Nikola Krstović kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matej Kolesár. The Krivé hnáty fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matej Kolesár should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute, Nikola Krstović made a precise shot to the right of Matej Kolesár. Krivé hnáty's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Maluleke Piwko made in the 80th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AFK Petržalka's Jozef Kryl. 81 minutes into the game, Nikola Krstović cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Matej Kolesár was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Krivé hnáty's Matej Kolesár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alek Justus in the 86th minute of play. When Nikola Krstović came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the AFK Petržalka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikola Krstović couldn't finish the play. Matej Kolesár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dávid Strelec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matej Kolesár showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikola Krstović in the 97th minute of the match. AFK Petržalka walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
