When İbrahim Uğurlu fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored POZANTI SPOR's protests and gave İbrahim Uğurlu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, POZANTI SPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İbrahim Uğurlu to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Mustafa Hamit Saye cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tayfur Muhlis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tayfur Muhlis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute CİCERO were awarded a corner. Serter Haymanalı went to the cornerflag to take it. 29 minutes into the match, Doruk Ula had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yağızalp Günden. CİCERO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doruk Ula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 32nd minute, Serter Haymanalı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute İbrahim Uğurlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yağızalp Günden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. POZANTI SPOR's Tayfur Muhlis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 40th minute of play. Utku Yanar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yağızalp Günden read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Mustafa Hamit Saye had several of the POZANTI SPOR's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Tayfur Muhlis as he didn't even see the shot coming. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mustafa Hamit Saye stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The CİCERO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The supporters of CİCERO booed when POZANTI SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göksel Erserim didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arcan Sargınal during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tayfur Muhlis came out of the goal and Mustafa Hamit Saye tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tayfur Muhlis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 74th minute of the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Mustafa Hamit Saye managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CİCERO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Hamit Saye was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doruk Ula in the 78th minute of play forced CİCERO's goalkeeper Yağızalp Günden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind POZANTI SPOR's goalkeeper Tayfur Muhlis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vaino Juura came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Yağızalp Günden could save by the left post. Mustafa Hamit Saye's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tayfur Muhlis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. After 98 minutes of play, POZANTI SPOR's Doruk Ula made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yağızalp Günden was left in no man's land by his defense there! POZANTI SPOR's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
