Ateş Tuğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arif Babürşah in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Armağan Yörük made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Ahmet Gökalp Cengel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HORIZZONT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25 the free kick. A collision led to HORIZZONT getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ahmet Gökalp Cengel hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Yaşar Akbuğ left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Ateş Tuğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute Yaşar Akbuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ateş Tuğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ateş Tuğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Babürşah in the 79th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25 got a freekick which was hit by Zafer Ortaç. 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25's Ateş Tuğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rahim Sidam in the 89th minute of play. After some careless play in the 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25 defense, Yaşar Akbuğ kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ateş Tuğlu. The 19☆GÖZTEPE☆25 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ateş Tuğlu should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the HORIZZONT players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
