Serter Çağnur struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Aktaç Eryiğit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lokomotiv Bornova. In the 4th minute, Karaburun FC's Mustafa Ali Tuygun seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mustafa Ali Tuygun the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Karaburun FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mustafa Ali Tuygun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 3 minutes into the game, one of Karaburun FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hayati Tokyüz charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hayati Tokyüz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ceyhan Demirci received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kahraman Kunter came out and tried to block the shot, but Ceyhan Demirci slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 14th minute. The supporters of Lokomotiv Bornova booed when Karaburun FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceyhan Demirci didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Lokomotiv Bornova's Kahraman Kunter got control of the ball when Baki Müslim tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fahrettin Özdek during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Baki Müslim made a precise shot to the right of Kahraman Kunter. Lokomotiv Bornova's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Kahraman Kunter came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Karaburun FC's Ceyhan Demirci. But to his dismay, Ceyhan Demirci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Zeynel Hafız struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Kahraman Kunter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karaburun FC. Zeynel Hafız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Karaburun FC's Baki Müslim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kahraman Kunter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baki Müslim who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Kahraman Kunter when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artaç Dalmaz to make the kick off. Zeynel Hafız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baki Müslim might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kahraman Kunter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baki Müslim ran back to his position shaking his head. Vacib Bucak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baki Müslim took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kahraman Kunter. Kahraman Kunter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Coşkun Usman came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aktaç Eryiğit could save by the left post. Karaburun FC's Aktaç Eryiğit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Karaburun FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Lokomotiv Bornova's zone, Ali Berkant Akağan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kahraman Kunter came out of the goal and Ali Berkant Akağan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artaç Dalmaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aktaç Eryiğit having to interfere. Artaç Dalmaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kahraman Kunter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceyhan Demirci in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Baki Müslim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Kahraman Kunter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 89 minutes, Baki Müslim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karaburun FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baki Müslim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Karaburun FC fully deserved thier win.
