Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Çanakkale's Murathan Mehmet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Çanakkale's Fabian Deput got a free kick in the 5th minute. Çanakkale's Gökmen Çoğa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Bilge Humbaracıbaşı in the 7th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Murathan Mehmet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Kazım Koçarslan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 24 minutes, Gökalp Ateşoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gökalp Ateşoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute, Gökalp Ateşoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ruzgar Gibi Geçti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, İsmail Cem Eroğlu took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Kazım Koçarslan to make any attempt to save it. Gökmen Çoğa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebati Erendiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 played minutes Çanakkale got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Deput. Sebati Erendiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Çanakkale defense, Sebati Erendiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gökmen Çoğa. The Çanakkale fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gökmen Çoğa should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gökalp Ateşoğlu made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Çanakkale's İsmail Cem Eroğlu got a free kick in the 51st minute. Salih Kaveloğlu hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Sebati Erendiz got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Çanakkale's Gökmen Çoğa got control of the ball when Sebati Erendiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kazım Koçarslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Cem Eroğlu in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute İsmail Cem Eroğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazım Koçarslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gökmen Çoğa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökalp Ateşoğlu in the 67th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Gökalp Ateşoğlu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gökmen Çoğa. Gökalp Ateşoğlu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Gökmen Çoğa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebati Erendiz in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Murathan Mehmet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazım Koçarslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Fabian Deput hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebati Erendiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gökmen Çoğa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebati Erendiz in the 93rd minute. The supporters of Ruzgar Gibi Geçti booed when Çanakkale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halil Baytekin didn't get a good kick on the ball.
