The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Yağızhan Dündaroğlu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving İrfan Barlas. That made the score 1-1 in the 6 minute of play. İrfan Barlas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Beykan in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, City Friseur Wuppertal's goal looked a bit too open when Yusuf Beykan came free, but İrfan Barlas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, City Friseur Wuppertal's goalkeeper İrfan Barlas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arif Çelebi Çalımbay. İrfan Barlas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yusuf Beykan, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Arif Çelebi Çalımbay could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which İrfan Barlas however easily saved by the left post. Şimşek Saraçoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuna Selim in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute, Berker Rıza Baykam fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of İrfan Barlas, passed just outside the right post. Haldun Özberk hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Arif Çelebi Çalımbay took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İrfan Barlas. İrfan Barlas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After a rather tough play, City Friseur Wuppertal's Güntekin İlksen got a free kick in the 38th minute. Yağızhan Dündaroğlu took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İrfan Barlas. İrfan Barlas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. İrfan Barlas was a little too slow when Yağızhan Dündaroğlu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 5-1. In the 46th minute, Berker Rıza Baykam made a precise shot to the right of İrfan Barlas. City Friseur Wuppertal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yağızhan Dündaroğlu was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Yağızhan Dündaroğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but City Friseur Wuppertal's İrfan Barlas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the match, City Friseur Wuppertal's goal looked a bit too open when Yağızhan Dündaroğlu came free, but İrfan Barlas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Yusuf Beykan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İrfan Barlas. City Friseur Wuppertal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yusuf Beykan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. City Friseur Wuppertal's İrfan Barlas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berker Rıza Baykam in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berker Rıza Baykam in the 60th minute of play forced City Friseur Wuppertal's goalkeeper İrfan Barlas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. City Friseur Wuppertal's İrfan Barlas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yusuf Beykan in the 62nd minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Yağızhan Dündaroğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but City Friseur Wuppertal's İrfan Barlas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Türk Polis Gücü's Arif Çelebi Çalımbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. İrfan Barlas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. After a defensive mix-up in City Friseur Wuppertal's zone, Berker Rıza Baykam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İrfan Barlas came out of the goal and Berker Rıza Baykam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Haldun Özberk fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored City Friseur Wuppertal's protests and gave Haldun Özberk a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 played minutes City Friseur Wuppertal got a freekick which was hit by Haldun Özberk. Eşref Mutluay kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Yusuf Beykan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for İrfan Barlas. City Friseur Wuppertal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in City Friseur Wuppertal's zone, Berker Rıza Baykam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İrfan Barlas came out of the goal and Berker Rıza Baykam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute Yusuf Beykan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İrfan Barlas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 minutes City Friseur Wuppertal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yusuf Beykan who took care of the corner kick. Haldun Özberk hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the game, Berker Rıza Baykam cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-1. İrfan Barlas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the City Friseur Wuppertal defense, Arif Çelebi Çalımbay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İrfan Barlas. The City Friseur Wuppertal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İrfan Barlas should have stopped the shot. Yusuf Beykan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İrfan Barlas having to interfere. Ömer Rıza Özbek took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İrfan Barlas. İrfan Barlas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Türk Polis Gücü fully deserved thier win.
