In the last second Hakan Ilıca throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eşref Berksu in the 9thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a little luck, Karaelmas's Hakan Ilıca got control of the ball when Enes Uğursay tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Fear Of The Dark's Hakan Ilıca threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rıfkı Özgunes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hakan Ilıca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enes Uğursay went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Hakan Ilıca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eşref Berksu in the 15th minute of play. Semi Türkoğlu struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Talha Çağan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karaelmas. Ferit Veli hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Talha Çağan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semi Türkoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enes Uğursay got free with Hakan Ilıca in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Fear Of The Dark's zone, Semi Türkoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Talha Çağan came out of the goal and Semi Türkoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Egemen Korkmaz's late challenge caught a Fear Of The Dark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egemen Korkmaz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Karaelmas getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Egemen Korkmaz hit a great ball. After 31 played minutes Fear Of The Dark got a freekick which was hit by Bünyamin İlbey. Hakan Ilıca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eşref Berksu went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Fear Of The Dark's Talha Çağan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Semi Türkoğlu in the 42nd minute of play. Savaşer Nusret received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hakan Ilıca came out and tried to block the shot, but Savaşer Nusret slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eşref Berksu was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Semi Türkoğlu rounded Fear Of The Dark's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. Fear Of The Dark's Talha Çağan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Semi Türkoğlu in the 61st minute of play. Hakan Ilıca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eşref Berksu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Savaşer Nusret got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Fear Of The Dark's goal looked a bit too open when Tolga Saygur came free, but Talha Çağan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fear Of The Dark's Rıfkı Özgunes got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, Karaelmas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çağlar Soyuncu to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Rıfkı Özgunes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Karaelmas's Hakan Ilıca didn't even have to move. A collision led to Karaelmas getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Egemen Korkmaz hit a great ball. Hakan Ilıca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rıfkı Özgunes in the 80th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Eşref Berksu notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Karaelmas's Hakan Ilıca. Hakan Ilıca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 84 played minutes Karaelmas got a freekick which was hit by Egemen Korkmaz. Hakan Ilıca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enes Uğursay, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Talha Çağan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Çeliker Vecih in the 88th minute. Eşref Berksu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fear Of The Dark were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Karaelmas for a fine match.
