Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edoardo Pasin in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fatih Aslan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute, Edoardo Pasin made a precise shot to the right of Fatih Aslan. BAYMIŞ SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After having played for 45 minutes, Cillian Murphy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Senator S.A.K's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cillian Murphy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edip Uzhan was the one to do the kick off. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 82 played minutes BAYMIŞ SK got a freekick which was hit by Arif Ensar Tokcan. With a little luck, BAYMIŞ SK's Fatih Aslan got control of the ball when Alfredo Llanos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Cevat Birsel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fatih Aslan. Cevat Birsel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Senator S.A.K had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
