Ulryk Jarosiewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferhat Kaya's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 38th minute Raşit Timuroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nusrettin Özilter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Büyükçekmece FC.'s Nusrettin Özilter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Büyükçekmece FC. from getting a goal against them. Trabzonspor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aybar Gürçınar in the 40th minute. After a rather tough play, Büyükçekmece FC.'s Eralp Köksan got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Büyükçekmece FC.'s Hakan Kaya was substituted for Ferhat Kaya. When Eralp Köksan fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Büyükçekmece FC.'s protests and gave Eralp Köksan a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 played minutes Büyükçekmece FC. got a freekick which was hit by Eralp Köksan. Nusrettin Özilter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raşit Timuroz went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Esen Baysungur hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Trabzonspor made a substitution. Zühtü Tamer replaced Raşit Timuroz. The supporters of Trabzonspor booed when Büyükçekmece FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esen Baysungur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hakan Kaya's late challenge caught a Trabzonspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakan Kaya helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Büyükçekmece FC. getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Hakan Kaya hit a great ball. After 92 minutes, Zühtü Tamer made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Büyükçekmece FC.'s Nusrettin Özilter tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute, Reşat Kırgız hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trabzonspor walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
