The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lütfü Erol showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tanju Sehrud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Tanju Sehrud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanju Sehrud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tanju Sehrud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Baybora Timur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

54 minutes into the match, Şanver Özakın notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Bombacı Mülayim's Lütfü Erol. Lütfü Erol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 74th match minute, Maden FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkın Sıbgatullah to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vecdi Nesip during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vecdi Nesip hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Despite being the better team, Maden FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
