Ertan Dadaloğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. GAZİKENT FK's Gazi Hunalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necati Daman in the 7th minute of play. Gazi Hunalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batu Yılma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Mehmet Emrah Arpacıoğlu hit a great ball. GAZİKENT FK's Merih Pekinturk got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, GAZİKENT FK's goal looked a bit too open when Batu Yılma came free, but Gazi Hunalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gazi Hunalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necati Daman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by GAZİKENT FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abdullatif Tümerdem was slow to take the kick. During this time Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Batu Yılma at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of GAZİKENT FK. 1-1. After some careless play in the GAZİKENT FK defense, Necati Daman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gazi Hunalp. The GAZİKENT FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gazi Hunalp should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute Necati Daman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gazi Hunalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Süleyman Hacıoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the GAZİKENT FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Süleyman Hacıoğlu couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erdoğan Muhteşem got free with Ertan Dadaloğlu in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Merih Pekinturk was slow to take the kick. During this time GAZİKENT FK's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Şinasi Kabak at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89. 2-2. Gazi Hunalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necati Daman, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Gazi Hunalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necati Daman in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erdoğan Muhteşem stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to GAZİKENT FK getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Kunter Sözer hit a great ball. In the 65th minute Necati Daman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gazi Hunalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Necati Daman made a precise shot to the right of Gazi Hunalp. GAZİKENT FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in GAZİKENT FK's zone, Necati Daman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gazi Hunalp came out of the goal and Necati Daman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ertan Dadaloğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Odon in the 76th minute of the match. Necati Daman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Batu Yılma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Gazi Hunalp made a huge save. In the 82nd minute Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 were awarded a corner. Abdullatif Tümerdem went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Abdullatif Tümerdem got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gazi Hunalp quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind GAZİKENT FK's goalkeeper Gazi Hunalp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's Necati Daman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gazi Hunalp. Gazi Hunalp yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. The GAZİKENT FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
