After 12 played minutes Parma Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by George Hammett. 14 minutes into the game, Zak Mawson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parma Wanderers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leicester Foxes Academy the free kick. Simon Hind charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Hind the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Parma Wanderers's Simon Hind got a free kick in the 17th minute. Larry Blackwell had several of the Parma Wanderers's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Gregory Forrester as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Parma Wanderers booed when Leicester Foxes Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Ainsworth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Spencer Prior kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Parma Wanderers's Gregory Forrester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodd Newlyn in the 29th minute of play. If Larry Blackwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Hammett in the 34th minute of play forced Leicester Foxes Academy's goalkeeper Dominic Linkletter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Leicester Foxes Academy's Larry Blackwell dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 41 minutes into the match, Leicester Foxes Academy's Larry Blackwell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregory Forrester narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gregory Forrester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodd Newlyn in the 43rd minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Larry Blackwell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leicester Foxes Academy's Zackary Summerfield got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gregory Forrester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larry Blackwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodd Newlyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Forrester having to interfere. The supporters of Parma Wanderers booed when Leicester Foxes Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Morrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Leicester Foxes Academy's Zackary Summerfield nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gregory Forrester made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larry Blackwell in the 73rd minute of play forced Parma Wanderers's goalkeeper Gregory Forrester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Hammett took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dominic Linkletter. Dominic Linkletter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After having played for 78 minutes, Zackary Summerfield managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leicester Foxes Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zackary Summerfield was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gregory Forrester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Larry Blackwell, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 86 played minutes Parma Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Will Ferdinand. When Zackary Summerfield came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Leicester Foxes Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zackary Summerfield couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Sebastien Paley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Leicester Foxes Academy were the better team. Leicester Foxes Academy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
