Gone With the Win
Spectators: 187 (Terracing: 141, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Lewis Woodhead started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute, Frankie Manson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rich Clough blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ian Browne having to make a save. After 12 played minutes Staffordshire Terrier FC got a freekick which was hit by Frankie Manson. Gone With the Win's Ian Browne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rich Clough in the 23rd minute of play. Joseph Allwright fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blair Buckle having to interfere. Ian Browne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rich Clough in the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gone With the Win's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Simon Harrison was slow to take the kick. During this time Staffordshire Terrier FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Simon Harrison almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gone With the Win's Ian Browne did a great save. Graham Long's late challenge caught a Gone With the Win's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Graham Long helped the player get up and apologised. Graham Long kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 31 minutes, Stew Lonsdale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gone With the Win and the Staffordshire Terrier FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gone With the Win getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Stew Lonsdale hit a great ball. Blair Buckle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lewis Woodhead, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Joseph Allwright kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Ian Browne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rich Clough, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Graham Long kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Joseph Allwright fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blair Buckle having to interfere.

60 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lewis Woodhead came free, but Blair Buckle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Joseph Allwright came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Gone With the Win fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseph Allwright couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Gone With the Win's zone, Rich Clough stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ian Browne came out of the goal and Rich Clough tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Rich Clough managed to get in a good position for a shot. Staffordshire Terrier FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rich Clough was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ian Browne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes in the game, Rich Clough fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ian Browne having to interfere. After 77 minutes of play Staffordshire Terrier FC's Graham Long was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 78th match minute, Staffordshire Terrier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Graham Long to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Gone With the Win getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hugh Wilkinson hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute Lewis Woodhead shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blair Buckle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rich Clough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lewis Woodhead had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Lewis Woodhead shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blair Buckle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 played minutes Staffordshire Terrier FC got a freekick which was hit by Frankie Manson. Samuel Foley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Samuel Foley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blair Buckle. Staffordshire Terrier FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Foley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Gone With the Win players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
