The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Hay got free with Stephen Brayford in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21stth minute of the game Patrick Pitman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but White Eagles FC's Brian Slade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Dale Potterton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. White Eagles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baby Snakes the free kick. The supporters of Baby Snakes booed when White Eagles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dale Potterton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 minutes, Rio Nethercoat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the White Eagles FC and the Baby Snakes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Patrick Pitman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to White Eagles FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Daniel Parry hit a great ball. Patrick Pitman in the 98thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Brian Slade, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Patrick Pitman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 101st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baby Snakes were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing White Eagles FC to leave the ground with a draw.
