In the 32nd minute Kev Higgins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Paul Basham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marty Schofield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marty Schofield in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John Paul Basham saved Real Chelsea from getting behind. John Paul Basham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kev Higgins, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Marcus Allwright's late challenge caught a Harchester United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcus Allwright helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Real Chelsea's Marcus Allwright got a free kick in the 41st minute. Josh Wiltshire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Harchester United were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marty Schofield made a kick off. The Harchester United fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Harchester United's Marty Schofield looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. John Paul Basham dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. John Paul Basham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marty Schofield's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute Tristram Boyce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Mitchell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josh Wiltshire got free with John Paul Basham in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes into the match, Harchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Will Sawbridge came free, but Thomas Mitchell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Chelsea's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Marty Schofield scored to the left of an out of position John Paul Basham, making the score, 0-8. Harchester United's Oliver Corbett was substituted for Orson Shuttleworth. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marty Schofield got free with John Paul Basham in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. John Paul Basham stood somewhat misplaced when Marty Schofield came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 94 minute.
