Thomas Mitchell didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 5th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After a rather tough play, Harchester United's Marty Schofield got a free kick in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kev Higgins in the 11th minute of play forced Greenbay's goalkeeper Alfie Nethercot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johnny Buckley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfie Nethercot having to interfere. In the 19th minute Marty Schofield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfie Nethercot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Callum Rockett during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Callum Rockett hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Marty Schofield took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfie Nethercot. Alfie Nethercot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Johnny Buckley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harchester United's supporters rose to their feet, but Johnny Buckley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfie Nethercot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The long shot by Don Huckerby in the 33rd minute really tested Thomas Mitchell's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Alfie Nethercot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Schofield in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Jonathan Nightingale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Harchester United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Greenbay the free kick. In the 39th minute, Jonathan Nightingale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfie Nethercot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josh Wiltshire in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Harchester United getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Marty Schofield hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quentin Preston stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Greenbay's goalkeeper Alfie Nethercot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kev Higgins. Thomas Mitchell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quentin Preston in the 53rd minute of the match. Greenbay's Alfie Nethercot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Greenbay from getting a goal against them. Alfie Nethercot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Schofield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, Greenbay's Quentin Preston nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Mitchell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Harchester United's Kyle Bettinson was substituted for Hayden Hickson. Alfie Nethercot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kev Higgins in the 69th minute of the match. Kev Higgins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Alfie Nethercot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kev Higgins came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Harchester United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kev Higgins couldn't finish the play. Alfie Nethercot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Schofield in the 79th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Harchester United got a freekick which was hit by Kev Higgins. Harchester United's Oliver Corbett was substituted for Orson Shuttleworth. After a rather tough play, Harchester United's Kev Higgins got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 86thth minute of the game Marty Schofield who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Greenbay's Alfie Nethercot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Marty Schofield's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfie Nethercot was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Alfie Nethercot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marty Schofield in the 90th minute. Harchester United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
